Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Juice Now does not offer returns or refunds once an order has been delivered. Our juices are freshly prepared, perishable food items and cannot be resold for safety and hygiene reasons.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it. If your juices are spoiled, damaged, leaking, or incorrect due to our preparation or delivery, kindly contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photos or videos as proof.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement with new juices at no additional cost.
Cash refunds, store credits, or exchanges are not provided.
Non-Returnable Items
All Juice Now products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. In cases of verified damage or spoilage, a replacement only will be provided.
